Receiving a client review is always the most rewarding part of my job. Not because I am eager to read words of praise, but rather because I know that I’ve served my client and served them well. You having an awesome experience with us- from start to finish- is what matters most to me.

I found Caitlin through the graces of social media, bored on our couch on a Saturday night, searching #pittsburghweddingphotographer on Instagram. As you can suspect, there were thousands of posts. All beautiful, many captured the look I was going for, but then, amongst the grid of flowers and tuxedos was a bride, standing alone on a long stone paved path, looking over her shoulder.. So elegant. So pure. It reminded me of a photograph that my grandmother keeps on her nightstand from her wedding day and I often wondered what bridal picture of mine would stand the test of the time. THIS PICTURE of this complete stranger was exactly how I wanted to be remembered. I knew I had to contact the photographer responsible with creating such magic. Long story short, we booked Caitlin the week after for both our engagement session and wedding. Engagement Session: Because I’m a big believer in good karma, I booked our engagement session for the dead of winter thinking that my fiancé and I would run around a field of snow and the pictures would look like a scene from a Christmas movie. Good news, the pictures were totally Hollywood-worthy but HOLY HECK, was it freezing. I knew we chose the right photographer when on a single degree (YEP SINGLE DEGREE) day, she was ready for anything. Caitlin spotted a stream that would be a great picture opp but was barricaded by a fence. She asked if we were up for it and because I just knew the final product would result in a great Save the Date wedding photo, all three of us climbed the fence and out and onto a rock so the freezing ice-coated water sparkled behind us. It was GOLD. My fiancé hates getting his picture taken and Caitlin made us both feel so comfortable. Our photos turned out exactly how I imagined – flirty, fun, and truly showcased the excitement for this next chapter of our lives. Boudoir Shoot: I didn’t book this originally because um… the idea of it is SCARY… but after meeting Caitlin and her ability to capture the simple beauty of people, and things, I thought – “ Why the heck not! Eating all this kale should result in something!” I chose to do the boudoir shoot the day before our wedding. You definitely think I’m crazy but it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Not only did I have my hair and makeup done for our rehearsal dinner later that night but I have never felt more comfortable walking into our wedding pics. We shot the pictures in Caitlin’s studio which was styled with a beautiful white bed with a green garland draped in the background. If Pinterest did boudoir (maybe they do, I am nervous to search) this would be it. Trust me, book it. Now, the big day! We booked Caitlin and her assistant, Courtney, for 10 hours. Both arrived when we were getting ready and captured every special moment. I’m serious. They were EVERYWHERE and nowhere at the same time. They blended with our family and friends so much so that I never noticed them but the end results were like they had a camera next to us – capturing moments that you think you can only describe… but alas, we have tangible evidence that they happened. They truly captured magic. I know I know, so corny to say but when I looked through the final pictures (which arrived 1.5 months after the wedding, a record I hear compared to other photographers!) tears came to my eyes. She captured memories w we can't wait to share with our children and our children’s children. She truly captured our love and we will be forever grateful.

Caitlin is amazing & I am so in love with *all* of our wedding photos! I truly had a hard time not putting every single one onto Facebook because they are all so beautiful! She got every single shot I requested, plus so many surprise shots I will cherish always. My hubs and I have received so many compliments from friends not able to attend our wedding, and I know it is because Caitlin captured our day so beautifully! We are both camera shy and Caitlin made us feel so at ease and never forced us into uncomfortable poses- she let us be ourselves and I truly feel like she captured the best version of us (which was EXACTLY what I had hoped for!!) Also, so many guests have used photos Caitlin & Courtney captured of them as their profile photos on social media and it truly is so nice that not only do we get to enjoy the photos, but our guests value them as well! So thankful for Caitlin!

Let me just begin by saying if you're looking for a wedding photographer... LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Caitlin and Courtney are are a breath of fresh air and a pure ray of sunshine. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. I have grown to be very picky over pictures throughout the years and I have spent a lot of time searching for the right photographer. Wanting those special detailed moments captured but also some big picture moments and that is not every photographers style... but with these two... it definitely is. I am so happy that I booked with them and I do not regret one second of it. Caitlin was so punctual and so kindhearted throughout the entire process of booking and everything leading up to our wedding day. Courtney did our photography for the day of the wedding and let me tell you, I have never met a sweeter girl!! She was so spectacular and laughing and smiling throughout the entire day. There was not one moment throughout our day that she did not capture beautifully. Our family loves to get pictures on multiple devices and has to have everyone have a chance at capturing a moment **can I get an Amen to all who deal with this every family gathering!! ** and Courtney was so patient and never made anyone feel rushed or unwanted. They were truly a blessing to my family and myself. Caitlin got my pictures back to me in a very timely fashion and my family and friends are still raving over them!! Do yourself the biggest favor for your big day and book these girls !! Even if you are running a bit behind schedule they will NEVER make you feel rushed and will still be sure to capture those breathtaking, joyful moments. Thank you a thousand times over.

I absolutely cannot say enough about Caitlin! She was an absolute pleasure to work with leading up to the day and day of was a calm and steady voice. Between keeping my large immediate family flowing through pictures to keep things running on time she also took time to help my husband and I reflect during our portraits and help us to really enjoy the moment. Our photos are STUNNING and we received them less than a week later!!

Caitlin is incredible! I feel so lucky to have had her there to be a part of big day! She made taking photos effortless, and stress free! From the moment I contacted Caitlin I knew that this team truly cared and wanted the best experience for myself and my fiancé. After we booked, Courtney did our engagement session and we then knew we really made the best decision by choosing them. For our wedding, Courtney (who lovingly changed her name for the day to help avoid confusion) went above and beyond. She made us feel so comfortable and you could tell how much she loved what she does. My fiancé and I were a tad nervous about getting our pictures taken (not the couple that does photoshoots !!) but we never felt uncomfortable with Courtney by our side. She was always making us laugh and really allowed us to enjoy our big day and not feel like taking pictures was a ‘chore’ before the party. Also, during the reception Courtney and her assistant were always around getting the perfect pictures. It was such a good feeling to see that even they were having a good time! I would recommend them to anyone!!! They truly made our day and gave us hundreds and hundreds of amazing pictures that we will always cherish. (We also got our pictures within a week so really you can’t go wrong!)

Absolutely PHENOMENAL! We chose Caitlin and her team for our wedding for photography and videography after they shot our engagement session. They went above and beyond our wildest expectations!!! The whole process from beginning to end was a complete breeze, they are so fun to work with and made us all feel so comfortable. All photos are such high quality, which was so important to me when choosing a photographer. The turn around time was so fast- I’m talking the following week after the wedding. Now that’s great customer service! They were able to capture all our of personalities perfectly! My favorite thing about the photos was that they took the time to capture little things that might have been overlooked or unnoticed with the craziness of the day, it’s so nice to be able to see those moments. Our video is amazing!! The editing is spectacular, such high quality, and it all flowed together so well! Working with Caitlin and Courtney was such a wonderful part of our wedding. Courtney was so fun to work with during our engagement pictures and wedding. She was great for ideas of what would make us look great and open to ideas from us whenever we wanted a specific shot. And let me tell you, I don’t think a photographer is quicker with getting the pictures back to you than Caitlin. Everyone raves about how gorgeous our pictures were and asked who our photographer was! You will be beyond happy working with either Cait or Courtney with communication, day of the wedding, and after when you get your gorgeous pictures back!
