Hey there Coaches!

In an effort to create a photo schedule for this season, I’ve created this page where you can choose a date and timeslot for your team. This link is strictly for coaches to book for the full team. Individual players DO NOT need to book a time slot.

As you see it is set up like a store, but there is no charge, it’s simply the best, most fair, and efficient way I could come up with doing this.

SCHEDULING

• Please choose your time slot and “check out”. Please be sure to use the name of the coach in the name field at checkout.

• Please reserve 1-time slot for your team. I can only photograph 1 team per time slot. SO if you have two teams, please reserve two time slots.

LOCATION:

• Photos will be held by the bike trail near the Muholland Field.

• PLEASE encourage your families to arrive at least 15 minutes before your teams scheduled time. This will give them time to park, get the kids out of the car, tuck in their shirt, and gather their gear.

• Please remind your parents to bring their children with any items they would like to be photographed with. Such as their bat and/or glove.

• In case of rain, pictures will be held the following week on the same day of the week/chosen time. If that’s the case you will be notified by Cody Crayton or Kenny Riddell via text message.

• If a player is going to miss picture day and needs to make up their individual photo please encourage them to arrive at Muholland Field on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday of picture week between 5 and 6:30 PM.

ORDERING

• All orders will be done online.

• Parents can view and order by simply texting “HARC24” to the phone number “90738”

• Please tell parents that the ordering gallery will become LIVE on Friday, May 3rd. This will help to prevent dozens of unnecessary texts and emails. Thank you!!
